The children have enjoyed helping to make jungle and farm themed tuff spots. They had some fantastic ideas and worked hard to join different materials to make trees and fences.
Today we had an exciting visit from ZooLab! Some of us held a cockroach, stroked a corn snake and we looked closely at a tarantula.

The Three Little Pigs
Jack and the Beanstalk week. We are investigating beans!
This week we have been learning all about the story of The Little Red Hen. We had a visit from a hen from Packington Farm and learned all about how wheat is grown and harvested.
Who has been in our room? Reception pupils transformed into detectives today after discovering the post office had been 'broken into' overnight!
We have really enjoyed listening to the story of Goldilocks and the three bears using the Now Press Play headsets! The children had great fun acting out the story.

We will be kicking off 2020 with a Topic focused around the story
'The Jolly Postman or Other People's Letters'.
Our learning is currently focusing on 'All things Christmas!' We have been busy learning about the Nativity, Singing Christmas songs and creating Christmas crafts!
