Can I complete Mason’s circuits workout?

Last week, Mason created his own circuits workout. I thought it would be lovely if we could all have a go ourselves! I’ve shortened it a little bit so that we can all complete it at least once, as Mason had LOTS of exercises!!

 

You should complete each exercise for 30 seconds, taking a 30 second rest in between each one.

 

1. Crunches

2. Squats

3. Push-ups

4. Plank

5. Star jumps

6. Mountain climbers
