Topic

In Class 5/6, we study a topic each term which incorporates lots of cross-curricular learning, including History, Geography, Art and Design, RE and even PE. We also link our English work to our topic through different texts and writing opportunities. If we can, we like to learn about different mathematical concepts through our topics too such as the Ancient Maya number system, Roman Numerals and units of measure.

Our topic for the Spring term (from January 2020) is Ancient Greece!
