*Open evenings are repeated. You only need to attend one. Please email Miss Brady (School Business Officer) on: office@rosliston.derbyshire.sch.uk or call: 01283 761 409 to book your place at one of the open evenings. If you are unable to join us for any of the dates, please do let us know and we'll do our best to offer alternatives/be flexible.

Reception Places for September 2027
We have lots of places available in our Reception cohort for 2027.

If you are interested in your child attending Rosliston CE Primary School, please see the poster above for our Open Evening details.
You are welcome to call us to arrange a visit at an alternative time too. We will happily show prospective parents/carers around our school during the school day, as it's really important you get a 'feel' for the school in action!

If your child was born between 1st September 2022 and 31th August 2023, they will eligible to start school in September 2027. You should apply for their infant / primary school place by 15th January 2027. You will be able to make your application from 9am on 9th November 2025.
You can apply online (www.derbyshire.gov.uk/admissions).
You still need to apply for a place for your child, even if you already have a child/children at our school.
As a voluntary controlled school, Derbyshire County Council manages our admissions process and appeals.
