We are the Year 5 and 6 Class!

We're taught by Mrs Whitehall on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Mrs Daniels on a Thursday and Friday. Mrs Shorthose is our Teaching Assistant, supporting in class every morning and she leads our lessons on Friday afternoons, working closely with Mrs Daniels and Mrs Whitehall.

We go to Greenbank Leisure Centre for Swimming on Wednesdays (starting on Wednesday 18th September). Our PE days are Wednesday and Thursday.

We have our weekly spelling test on a Friday. We have been given our spelling lists for this term, but these are also on our Class page, under Spellings and Homework. We'll get one piece of homework a week, alternating between maths and English. Homework is given out on Thursday and is due in on Monday. We should also practise our spellings and read a variety of books and other materials at home. Mrs Shorthose will complete times table quizzes on a Friday too.
