Wraparound Provision

From Monday 8th September 2025, ClubsComplete will be running our wraparound provision. We're really pleased to be able to offer before and after-school care from 7.30am until 6pm, every day during term-time.
Below, you'll find all of the details of the activities on offer, prices and timings.
Children who attend our wraparound clubs can be dropped-off and collected from the main, red, front doors.
As our wraparound provision is OFSTED-registered, Parents/Carers can use childcare vouchers to supplement the cost of this provision. More information can be found on the communication sent-out to families or by contacting ClubsComplete directly.
Wraparound Clubs are unavailable during school holidays and INSET days, on which the school is closed to pupils.
Please note: most (if not all) wraparound providers require a minimum number of attending children to run - which is often around 7 pupils. Generally, we have between 1 and 8 children using our after-school clubs and between 5 and 10 using our breakfast clubs. We have secured funding until April '26 to run these clubs without a minimum number, but will need to review the affordability and viability of our wraparound provision in the run-up to the funding finishing as the school cannot afford to supplement the cost to cover the minimum number requirement. We will work closely with ClubsComplete to maintain the offer and will keep parents/carers updated along the way!

Our Wraparound Provision
Here at Rosliston CE Primary School, we appreciate that our families often lead busy, working lives and that juggling lots of commitments can make school drop-off and collections challenging. We're really proud to be able to provide care for our children both before and after-school, every week day. Breakfast Club runs from 7.30am and our After-School Club runs until 5.30pm.
We're currently in the process of researching local wraparound providers for next academic year (25/26) but for the summer term, we're really excited to have school staff running exciting, engaging clubs for our children to enjoy!
Some of the clubs that will be on offer throughout the summer terms are: Masterchef (Cooking), Gardening, Multimedia (School Newspaper), Nintendo Switch, Outdoor Adventures and much more! Children attending Breakfast Club will be offered food and drink and then the opportunity to play fun games and complete activities until school starts at 8.40am. Children staying after-school beyond 4.30pm will also be offered a snack (toast, fruit and a drink).
Parents/carers can sign-up and book-onto our wraparound clubs via our school payment site 'ParentPay'. Sessions can be booked before-school (Breakfast Club, 7.30-8.40am) and after-school (3.15-4.30pm or 3.15-5.30pm). We're currently charging £5.50 for Breakfast Club and the first hour of after-school club and £5 for the final hour after-school.
We also currently offer SATs Booster sessions (free of charge) for Year 6 pupils on Tuesdays and Thursdays (3.15-4.20pm) and 'Centre Stage' Musical Theatre Club (the formerly agreed price of £2 per session from 3.15-4.30pm). There is no need to book-onto SATs booster sessions but we ask that parents/carers pay for Centre Stage, Musical Theatre Club, via ParentPay.
We are currently in the process of registering as a Wraparound Provider with OFSTED, which will allow us to offer parents/carers the opportunity to use accredited childcare vouchers to subsidise the cost of these sessions - we apologise that we're unable to do this at present. More information will be provided as soon as we have it!
